Who is the course for?

This training course is recommended for those handling open food particularly in view of the requirements of the Food Safety Regulations 1995, which requires food handlers to be trained in High Standards to work in their work activity..

Aim

The aim of this half-day training course is to provide food handlers with a fundamental knowledge of food hygiene and to enable them to apply this knowledge to essential practical skills in order to prevent food poisoning.
