Diabetes Awareness Training / Learning Course
The Diabetes Course aims to provide training / learning to those working within the Care Industry with an in-depth knowledge about Diabetes, its symptoms, treatments and side effects.
The training course will be presented using a Microsoft Power Point presentation on a projector screen, a video and other training aids that are all supplied on the day by the course instructor, hand outs are also supplied along with certification.
Aims & Objectives
- By the end of this training course you will be able to identify what Diabetes is, how it occurs and the different types.
- You will be able to recognise the symptoms of Diabetes and signs of complications.
- Be able to carry out blood testing.
- Have an understanding of the treatments for Diabetes.
